Partidos políticos deben investigar, elegir y cuidar que sus candidatos cumplan con los requisitos que la ley exige: René Arce

El senador René Arce Círigo recomendó al Instituto Federal Electoral y al Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, poner especial atención en la propaganda que se exhibe en calles y avenidas y en la publicidad en medios electrónicos, porque son áreas específicas en las que el crimen organizado podría infiltrase en campañas electorales e imponer candidatos.

Agregó que no obstante que instituciones como Hacienda, SEDENA, Marina y la SSP-F, cuentan con áreas de inteligencia para detectar lavado de dinero y operaciones de negocios con dinero de procedencia ilícita, dijo que éstas no tienen ninguna posibilidad frente a los avances técnico-financieros del crimen organizado.

Propone PVEM nueva ley en contra de la agresión animal

Con la Ley General de Bienestar Animal se regularía en todo el país el bienestar de los animales sujetos al dominio humano.

Ciudad de México • El Partido Verde Ecologista de México (PVEM) en el Senado propuso expedir la Ley General de Bienestar Animal que establece “un esquema claro y eficiente de competencias y sanciones” para quienes agredan a los animales, a los cuales se tutela.
